Are there any additional services?

We offer qualified drivers. Traveling packages around all small towns in Medellin – Antioquia. Different size buses for 14,20,30 or more people available with a tour guide and a hotel stay available. Laptops for rent with a discount. (English or Spanish).

Should I leave a deposit?

Yes; we open a credit voucher until the vehicle is return in the same condition that it was received by you. The amount varies according to the vehicle selected. On a SUV usually runs about $1000.

Can I use my driver’s license in Colombia?

Yes, you can. You are allow to drive with an international drivers license up to 60 days. (Articulo 25 Código Nacional de Tránsito Terrestre).

Are all vehicles fully insured?

Yes; all cars are insured with full coverage up to 90% with maximum 10% deductible in any incident.

Yes we do; prices may vary according to the type of vehicle selected and the time of year you may need it.

How long could I rent a car for?

There is no limit, please call us for special long term pricing.

Do you have drivers available?

Yes we do, they are specially trained to take you around the most visited places in our town. There are available for hours or days as you may need.

Can I pay with another’s person credit card?

Yes, you may. But that person has to be present to sign all paperwork needed.

What do I do in case of an accident or vehicle breakdown?

You will need to contact us, we have a 24 hour service. All of our cars are fairly new but in case of a breakdown, we will replace the vehicle immediately and deduct the time you couldn’t use the car.

Do you have any specials for companies and what are the requirements?

Yes, we offer vehicles with drivers that you can hire for hours or as long as needed.

Requirements:
Chamber of Commerce with effect from 15 days.
Letter requesting the service and accept the terms of the contract signed by the legal representative and photocopies of identification cards, in addition.
Company letter head allowing your driver to pick up the vehicle and to sign the contract, subject to approval.
